The CMOU regime strives to maintain a watchful eye throughout the region to ensure that shipping is conducted in a safe, secure and environmentally friendly manner. There are many challenges which must be met, and the CMOU remains committed to the task. We join with our partners in the global industry as we pursue our mission to “eliminate the operation of sub-standard ships in the region through a harmonize system of port state control.
